SINGAPORE: A woman's body was found floating in the Kallang River on Sunday (Mar 10) evening.

In a statement, the police said that they were alerted to a case of unnatural death at about 5.30pm involving a body "found floating in the water".

AdvertisementThe body was retrieved and the person was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene, the authorities added.
Police investigations are ongoing.
