That iron rice bowl concept doesn't work today. The challenge today's (professionals, managers, executives and technicians) are facing is keeping up with (change). How do (they) upgrade their skills as quickly as possible?

Gerald Tan:

A lot of people ... think a career switch is an outcome that comes automatically after taking a course. But it is just one of the things that you need to do to get yourself prepared for a career switch.

Lai Yong Liang:

Everyone needs to be entrepreneurs, to take control of their lives and careers. It doesn't mean you start a business, but to market, sell and deliver yourself (in any career).
