Did you get deja vu? American singer Olivia Rodrigo has added a second show to the Singapore leg of her Guts world tour. This will take place on Oct 2.
This means she will now perform on Oct 1 and 2 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The news comes days after tickets for her first show sold out hours after sales went live.
On Tuesday (May 21), concert organiser Live Nation Singapore announced that sales for Rodrigo's second show will start from 2pm on May 23. Fans can get their tickets via Ticketmaster, with tickets costing between S$108 and S$308.
VIP ticketholders will be entitled to early entry into the venue, an official VIP laminate and lanyard, a VIP gift item and early access to the concert's merch counter.
Born in 2003, Olivia Rodrigo first gained popularity as one of the main stars on the Disney+ series High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. However, her singing career took off at a meteoric pace, following the runaway success of her debut album Sour.
The album produced the hit songs Drivers License, Deja Vu and Good 4 U, and was certified quadruple platinum in June 2023 after selling over 4 million units in the US.
In 2023, Rodrigo released her follow-up album Guts which was nominated for album of the year and best pop vocal album at the 66th Grammy Awards.
