SINGAPORE - Almost two weeks after his parked motorcycle was hit by a rental van in an accident, delivery rider Muhamad Marofkhan Mahmood is far from finding a solution to pay for its repairs.
His insurance company will not honour claims against the van driver who had allegedly driven without a licence and was uninsured.
