Associate Professor Ada Wong on who benefits the most in work from home arrangements:
We were expecting that maybe work from home benefits will be more significant on the female gender ... But actually we found no significant difference because it seems that our gender equality is achieving some significant improvement now.
Associate Professor Lilian Chee on challenges in creating satellite offices nearer homes:
One of the largest problems to overcome is money. Who is going to finance this ... To provide infrastructure means more than just space to work ... there needs to be other inspiring infrastructure which will (allow you to) rest and then go back to work.
