Some days I need to close down, no emails, I don't take calls. It was a long day, I am tired and I need to let go ... It's healthy to stop and reflect, is this okay for me? Is this how I want to live my life?
I also think we need to embrace (a demanding career) and say, okay, I've made up my mind, I want to do this. I want to show results ... but it comes with a price. I'm not seeing my friends or family as much.
