SINGAPORE: Six people were taken to hospital after a fire broke out at People's Park Complex early on Monday morning (Apr 21).
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the fire at about 4.35am.
“The fire involved cleaning supplies and equipment in a storage area on level 6,” said SCDF, adding that the fire was extinguished with a water jet.
The six people were taken to Singapore General Hospital for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
