SINGAPORE: A 25-year-old man died following a fight at Verdun Road in the early hours of Sunday (Sep 22).
The police and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received calls for assistance at Verdun Road, located near Kitchener Road at about 4.05am.
Two men aged 24 and 25 were unconscious when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
The 25-year-old man subsequently died, said the police, adding that investigations are ongoing.
According to an 8world report, a fight took place at a coffee shop near 16 Verdun Road, with blood stains seen on the ground.
Two pairs of black slippers were listed as evidence, one of which was found in the coffee shop, noted a reporter at the scene.
