SINGAPORE: NETS-related services were unavailable on Friday (Nov 3) due to connectivity issues, with some users reporting problems with their payments not reflecting or being charged multiple times.
NETS said in a Facebook post at about 12.20pm that NETS QR and eNETS were facing "intermittent connectivity issues".
"We are working to stabilise the service. Thank you for your patience and understanding."
DBS said in a separate post that NETS-related services, including NETS QR Scan & Pay, were currently unavailable.
The bank said its customers can continue to use their DBS/POSB credit and debit cards, as well as PayNow, to make payments.
