The hit anime Demon Slayer is returning for its latest season sometime this year. However, fans dying to catch an early glimpse of it can do so on Feb 17 at the Singapore fan screening of the new movie Demon Slayer: To The Hashira Training.
The movie is a compilation film featuring episode 11 of Demon Slayer's Swordsmith Village Arc and the first episode of the upcoming Hashira Training Arc. To sweeten the deal, voice actors Natsuki Hanae and Akari Kito, who portray the main characters Tanjiro Kamado and Nezuko Kamado, respectively, will also attend Singapore's fan screening – held at the Roselle-Simpor Ballroom of Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
Tickets for the fan screening are priced between S$50 and S$150 and are now available for purchase via Marina Bay Sands. Depending on the ticket bought, fans will be entitled to a slew of Demon Slayer merchandise including T-shirts and signed acrylic sets.
Adapted from the manga of the same name, Demon Slayer has become one of the most successful anime series of all time, with praise given to its themes, animation and voice acting.
Its first movie Demon Slayer: Mugen Train was one of the highest-grossing movies worldwide in 2020. The third season of its TV series ended in in June 2023 with its fourth season slated to air in spring this year.
